Leggins and sports bras are both made of fairly delicate materials.  This is the tradeoff for wearing something that feels so light and conforms to the shape of your body.

Best way to wash your leggings

The care instructions is very similar for all the leggings we sell.  For the most part, you want to:

  • Hand Wash with cold water
  • Do Not Bleach
  • Tumble Dry on low heat
  • Iron with low heat
  • Do Not Dry Clean

If you follow these instructions, you will significantly increase the expected usable life of your leggings.

If you do run your leggings through the washing machine, be sure to run it on delicate with cold water.  And don't over-load the machine.  Zip up any pockets before you start the machine.  This will decrease the chances that the leggings snag on the zipper and cause runs in the material.

If you have a mesh bag, put your leggings in the mesh bag to  help protect them from other clothes in the washing machine.

Best way to wash your Sports Bras

Just like leggings, sports bras are made of delicate materials.  Without proper care, their appearance and function can quickly deteriorate.

The best way to wash your sports bras is to:

  • Hand Wash with cold water
  • Hang Dry
  • Do not Bleach 

If you don't have time to do this, you can wash in the machine on gentle.  Be sure to use a mesh bag so other abrasive materials don't rub up against your sports bras.

We really recommend hang drying them.
